The equipment composition of coating equipment production line

 Coating a protective layer or decorative layer on metal and non-metal surfaces is the coating process. With the development of industrial technology, coating has gradually developed from manual coating to industrial automation, and the degree of automation is getting higher and higher, and the application range of coating equipment production lines has become wider and wider, and it has penetrated into various fields. What equipment does a general coating equipment production line consist of?

1. Pretreatment equipment. The four commonly used surface treatment equipment of the spray multi-station pretreatment unit, the principle of which is to use mechanical washing to accelerate the chemical reaction and complete the degreasing, phosphating, water washing and other processes. The typical process of spray pretreatment of steel parts is: pre-degreasing, degreasing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, water washing and other processes. Shot blasting machine can also be used for pretreatment, suitable for steel parts with simple structure, severe corrosion, no oil or less oil, and no water pollution.

2. Powder spraying system. The small cyclone + filter element recovery device in powder spraying is a more advanced powder recovery device that can change colors faster.

3. Painting equipment. Such as spray paint booth, water curtain spray paint, etc.

4. Oven. It is one of the important equipment on the coating production line, and its temperature uniformity is an important index to ensure the quality of coating. The heating methods of the oven include radiation, hot air circulation, radiation + hot air circulation, etc. 

According to the production program, it is divided into single-type and through-type, etc. The equipment forms are straight-through and bridge-type. The heat sealing cycle has the characteristics of good oven insulation, uniform temperature in the oven, and reduced heat loss.

5. Heat source system. The hot air circulation uses a more common heating method, which uses the principle of convection conduction to heat the oven, and the mobile phone shell coating equipment production line can dry and solidify the workpiece.

The heat source can be selected according to the user's specific situation: electricity, steam, gas or fuel, etc.

The heat source box can be determined according to the situation of the oven: placed on the top, bottom and side.

If the circulating fan for the heat source is a special high-temperature-resistant fan, it has the advantages of long life, low energy consumption, low noise, and small size.

6. The electrical control of the electronic control system coating and coating production line has centralized control and single-line control. The centralized control adopts a programmable controller (PLC), which automatically controls each process according to the programmed control program, data acquisition and monitoring alarms. Single-row control is a commonly used control method in the production line of coating equipment. Each process is controlled in a single-row. The electrical control box is set near the equipment, which has low cost, intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.

7. Hang the conveyor chain. It is a conveying system for industrial production lines and coating lines. The accumulator suspension conveyor is suitable for L=10-14M warehouse racks and special-shaped street lamp alloy steel pipe coating lines. 

The workpiece is hoisted on a special spreader (load-bearing 500-600KG), and the entry and exit of the switch are smooth. The switch is electrically controlled according to the work order to meet the automatic transportation of the workpiece in each processing station. 

The cooling is accumulated in parallel in the forced cold room and the lower part area. The sling identification and traction alarm stop device are installed in the strong cold zone.
